Let’s talk about how great smoothies are for busy moms who don’t have a ton of time in the morning (ok, that’s pretty much all of us!) Make one in the morning, or make a batch and store them in the freezer for the future. (I put it in the fridge the night before and it’s perfectly thawed by the morning!)
